How To Use AI Guide Generator

on the left side of your dashboard you'll see the AI tools menu from here click on AI guide generator  this  will open a list of your existing guides where you can easily edit, delete, or download them.

To create a new one click on Generate New Guide

Here you'll find a form to enter your product name, URLs, images, and videos.  You can also select multiple information tags such as key features, setup, challenges, facts, safety instructions, and more Once done just click Generate Product Guide and the system will automatically create a complete structured guide for your product in seconds

How To Use AI E-commerce Lister

On the left side of your dashboard you'll find the AI tools menu, from here click on AI e-commerce lister.

After clicking on AI e-commerce lister, a screen will appear showing the product name, last update, and token usage with options to edit, delete, or download.

To add a new product, simply click on add product via AI. Now you'll see a form where you can:

• Select your e-commerce platform such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart or others.

• Enter basic details like product name, brand, category, keywords, and URL].

• Adjust title length, bullet points, and description style.

Finally, just click generate product via AI and the system will instantly create a complete SEO optimized product listing ready to publish.

Al Brand Trainer Sync:

From the dashboard go to AI tools and select AI brand trainer

The main page gives you a quick overview. Here you can create a trainer, import data, refresh knowledge, or manage FAQs

Click on plus AI brand trainer to set one up .

You can:

• Choose the mini site, add your website link, and use add another URL to include more site links for AI training.

• Provide extra details like product specs, FAQs, or brand info 

• Upload files for the AI to learn from.

You also have two toggle options:

• If you turn on allow guidy AI, it will learn from your data and give automated answers.

• If you turn on share with LLM, other AIs like Gemini, Gork AI, or Chat GPT can also use your site data to improve their responses.

• 

Back on the main screen, the system offers additional features:

• Import external site data lets you add a URL or upload a file and scan right away.

• Refresh AI knowledge keeps your content up to date whenever you make changes.

• AI actions you can View FAQ Data screen , you'll see three options:

• A search bar: Makes it easy to quickly find any Q and A in the list .

• The update option: Available with each entry.

Mini-Site AI Agent

Overview

The Mini-Site AI Agent helps vendors train their minisite with product-specific data so the system can generate accurate, ready-to-use questions and answers (Q&A) about their brand and products. Instead of manually writing FAQs, the tool allows you to upload product details, which the AI then uses to automatically create professional survey-style questions and responses.

How to Use the Mini-Site AI Agent Tool

1. Access the Tool

• • On your dashboard, go to the left-side menu.
  • Under AI Tools, select Mini-Site AI Agent.

• • View the Minisites List
    • A screen opens showing a list of all your minisites (if you have)
    • Each minisite has its own section for product data and action buttons.

Train your AI Agent

You can do it as the first step after you created  your minisite and want to have an AI Asistent. 

Use the Action Buttons: 

Import External Site Data - This information can help your AI agent using your sites data.

• • Refresh AI Knowledge – To update your AI with your new contant. 

• • Generate Q&A – Automatically creating a structured Question & Answer set based on the uploaded product data.You always can click on View FAQ data and change, delete or add any questions or answers.

• • Choose your Assistent - MiniSite or AI - on defult is Minisite but if you will click on it you will change it to AI  assistent

• • Test AI Agent -This way you can ask your AI agent  and see if  the answers he providing are correct or you need to change  some information you added before.
