All paid MyQRGuide plans are billed annually. The monthly amount displayed is the equivalent monthly cost for comparison, but the complete annual price is charged in one payment when the subscription begins.

• Silver: $0.00 billed annually, equivalent to $39.9/month
• Premium: $0.00 billed annually, equivalent to $199/month

The Free plan runs on a separate Free dashboard. This is important to know before you start: it is not the paid dashboard with features switched off. It is a different environment with its own layout, tools and options, built for exploring the platform rather than operating it.

It lets you build a basic product or service website with a limited version of the no-code generator, add a digital guide, generate a Smart QR™ and see the customer-facing journey. The full website generator, one-click template change and parking QR codes are paid features and are not part of the Free plan.

Advanced support, warranty, loyalty, marketing and Product Intelligence capabilities are part of the full platform dashboard, which opens when you move to a paid plan. Expect the experience to change when you upgrade, not simply expand.

Yes. You can move to a higher plan from your dashboard, subject to the current account and billing rules that apply at the time of the upgrade.

One active experience is one no-code product or service website with its own Smart QR™ code. A product uses a product website; a service business uses a service website with bookings and payments. Basic includes 1, Advance includes up to 10 and Premium includes up to 100.

When you reach the limit, your existing experiences continue to work. To add more, you can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional capacity where that option is available for your account. Contact MyQRGuide for availability.

Some MyQRGuide capabilities consume tokens each time they run, including WhatsApp messaging, email marketing, the AI guide generator, the product generator across platforms and the AI Product Expert™.

Every paid plan includes a starting token allowance so these features can be used straight away:

• Basic: 10 tokens included
• Silver: 50 tokens included
• Premium: 300 tokens included

No. AI usage is not unlimited. AI manual generation and AI Product Expert™ usage consume tokens from the allowance included with your plan, and depend on the current fair-usage policy.

Additional token packages can be purchased when you need more capacity.

Customers can disable future renewal according to the current cancellation policy. Cancelling renewal does not automatically create a refund for the current annual subscription period, which continues until it ends.
