How to Track and Manage Total Sales in MyQRGuide
The Total Sales feature in MyQRGuide helps you monitor, track, and manage all orders made through your mini site in one centralized location.
With this feature, you can quickly review order details, track payment status, download invoices, and manage your sales records efficiently.
Whether you are handling a few orders per day or managing a high sales volume, this section keeps everything organized and easily accessible.
Log in to your MyQRGuide dashboard.
From the main menu, click on Total Sales.
This will open a detailed list of all orders placed through your mini site.
Inside the Total Sales section, you will see a complete breakdown of your orders with important details displayed at a glance:
This overview allows you to quickly assess your sales performance without opening each order individually.
Each order includes an Action button that allows you to manage it efficiently.
Click View to:
This option is helpful when verifying order accuracy or responding to customer inquiries.
Click Download Invoice to:
This ensures proper documentation and smooth financial tracking.
If necessary, you can click Delete to remove an order from your records.
โ ๏ธ Note: Deleting an order is permanent. Ensure you no longer need the record before removing it.
