Post-Purchase Marketing and Loyalty

Help first, then offer a relevant next step. Loyalty clubs, coupons, and messages sit on the same Product Experience as support and warranty, and they follow customer consent.

Support first

Help the customer, then offer a relevant next step

Post-purchase marketing fails when it interrupts someone who still cannot use the product. The useful order is: guide, AI or live support, warranty — then, if they opted in, a relevant next product, consumable, or booking.

MyQRGuide includes loyalty and marketing tools on the same Product Experience as support. That is a design choice, not a license to spam. Club and message flows should follow consent and the policies of any marketplace involved.

On the same scan

Clubs, coupons, and follow-up next to the guide

  • The scan opens help for this product or location
  • Warranty registration starts a relationship the customer chose
  • Offers appear after the problem is handled, not instead of an answer
  • Email and WhatsApp follow-up only where the customer consented

There is no guaranteed lift percentage, and no 1-click CRM sync unless that integration actually exists. Token and plan limits stay on Pricing.

What we do not claim

Consent and policy still apply

Do not promise that a QR bypasses marketplace messaging rules, or that every customer who ever scanned can be messaged in one click. AI answers should stay grounded in approved knowledge and escalate when unsure. Configuration help: Warranty & Club Tools.
