Support First, Then Sell

Post-purchase marketing works when the customer has already been helped. Loyalty and offers should follow support, warranty, and consent — not interrupt them.

Help, then resolution and trust, then a relevant next offer only after consent

Post-purchase marketing fails when it interrupts a customer who still cannot use the product. The useful order is: help first (guide, AI or live support, warranty), then — if they opted in — a relevant next product, consumable, or booking.

MyQRGuide includes loyalty and marketing tools on the same Product Experience as support. That is a design choice, not a license to spam. Club and message flows should follow consent and the policies of any marketplace involved. Canonical page: Post-Purchase Marketing and Loyalty.

Support-first in practice

  • The scan opens help for this product or location
  • Warranty registration starts a relationship the customer chose (more on warranty)
  • Offers appear after the problem is handled, not instead of an answer

What we do not claim

There is no guaranteed lift percentage, and no 1-click CRM sync unless that integration actually exists. Token and plan limits stay on Pricing.

AI answers should stay grounded in approved knowledge and escalate when unsure — see AI support for physical products.
